No special preparation is needed — just arrive a few minutes early and bring any relevant medical information.

If you booked treatment:

  • Please avoid alcohol and strenuous exercise on the day of your appointment.
  • If you take prescribed medication, don’t stop anything without medical advice — just let me know what you’re taking.
  • Remember to bring any relevant medical history or documents.
  • Arrive 10–15 minutes early if you may need to complete paperwork.

What are the terms for cancellations?

We understand that life can be unpredictable, so we offer flexible cancellation terms.

We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

Is there a charge for follow up appointments?

There is no charge for follow up appointments. I do not charge for adjustments or top ups of anti wrinkle adjustments if needed, but the need for this is judged on an individual basis.
